This one makes me cough, a lot, even if I take a tiny puff. It's strong enough to have an effect for an hour or more, up to and including forgetting the location of important items, lol. If focus is not required, this is a great product.
I use it at night to get to sleep. It's definitely stronger hit than some others that are supposed to help with sleep. It puts me to sleep pretty quickly.
