The gummies tasted good and really helped with sleep. I started off cutting them in half at first, and it worked well for me. A whole gummy worked well with sleep, but I slept too well, and don't want to get up in the morning. I highly recommend trying them.
It helps me sleep through the night without making me feel funny. I ordered two more bottles because I like the product so much.
This is the second bottle I’ve purchased for my 80 lb dog. He has major anxiety when we have thunderstorms and this is the only product I’ve ever found that actually works! I give him a dropper full and within 30 minutes he is calm and could care less.
