I'm a big fellow, and it takes a little extra to get me dozy at night. These work fine. My only complaint, is that taste horrible. They have a very nasty after taste in my opinion. The lesser strength tastes better, but I have to take two. Otherwise, I love it and will be continuing to purchase. I think I'm even on a subscription now. Recommended.
